LM Developments started business in 1991 working as a subcontractor in the construction industry, mostly engaged in ground works. It has since then grown rapidly into a builder of prestigious housing and commercial developments, enjoying a turnover in excess of €125 million and employing over 500 people directly and indirectly, through it’s associated companies.

In addition to other projects, the company has recently completed three large apartment developments at Dundrum and Santry and is close to completing a major development of apartments and houses at Meekstown. Included in the long list of successful projects are Northwest Industrial Estate for Park Developments, an office development at Blackhall Place for Document Management Group, and an apartment development at Castleknock for Menolly Homes. It has recently commenced construction of a housing development at Hollystown and a housing and apartment development at Balgriffan for Stanley Holdings.

The company maintains a credo of delivering quality work on time and within budget and achieves it’s goals through good planning, active management and hard work, all under the auspices of it’s ISO9002 accreditation.
